The gardens of Durrel in Mt Macedon are a statement about the pawer of age. The large trees there loom above the others and provide a sense of majesty and age. Thanks to the Open Gardens scheme we were able to stroll. about Durrell (and Lewisham further down the road a very different garden) and enjoy the Edna Walling designed garden.
