Hanging out in the warm weather of Sydney and celebrating someone's birthday led me to Alpha on Castlereagh St. OMG... Best Saganaki that I have had to date... ad I have had few in my time. 
The open kitchen allowed us top marvel at the skills of the various levels of chefs on deck and the speed with which dishes were produced. Beautifully presented and wonderful flavour combinations that worked so well with the Samos Ouzo. each dish was worthy of praise.
